A Mobile Application Has Also Been Developed To Locate Centres 40 Per Cent Increase In The Number Of Students New Delhi: With over 40 per cent increase in the number of students registering for National Entrance-cum- Eligibility Test (NEET) this year, the CBSE has decided to conduct the exam in 23 more cities taking the number to 103. A mobile application has also been developed to help the nearly 12 lakh students, who are expected to take the exam, in locating the nearest test centre. According to the CBSE, a record 11,35,104 candidates have registered for the exam, which is 41.42 per cent more than the previous year's number. The Reserve Bank of India will shortly issue ` 500 denomination banknotes in Mahatma Gandhi (New) Series with inset letter ‘E’ in both the number panels, bearing the signature of Dr. Urjit R. Patel, Governor, Reserve Bank of India, the year of printing '2016’ and Swachh Bharat Logo printed on the reverse of the Banknote. The new ` 500 banknotes are different from the earlier specified bank note (SBN) series in colour, size, theme, location of security features and design elements; the principal features are – • The size is 66mm x150mm • The colour is stone grey • Red Fort-an image of Indian heritage site with Indian flag on the reverse The banknote also has features (intaglio printing of Mahatma Gandhi portrait, Ashoka Pillar emblem, bleed lines, circle with ` 500 in the righ

More than  Fifty   Mothers  participated  with great zeal and enthusiasm in various competitions designed for them like Mummy Ka Cooking Magic, Eco-Friendly Rangoli, Attractive jewellery, Me and my Child. They gave a variety of presentations in the creative fiesta to make their children proud.   In Mummy Ka Magic  Ms Rachna got First Prize,  Ms R Nagabali got Second Prize, Third Prize was bagged by Ms Gopa Dey and Ms Vanja got Appreciation Prize.
