<\/strong><\/p>\n Gurugram<\/strong>: Rotary Public School, Sector \u2013 22, celebrated its 36th Annual Function, REGALIA – 2018, on Saturday, the 17th November, 2018, a myriad of celebrations replete with music, dazzling dances and hues of colours amidst great zest, vibrancy and elation. Rotary International Director Elect (2019-21) Dr. Bharat Pandya, graced the occasion as the esteemed Chief Guest and Sumit Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police West, Gurugram, and DCP Crime as the Guest of Honour. Among others present were the Chairman and Members of School Managing Committee, Rotarians from various districts and Parents. The programme commenced with the lighting of the Ceremonial lamp, followed by a soulful reverence to Lord Shiva- \u2018Swaragini\u2019.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Principal of the school, Sandeepa Rai, formally welcomed the eminent guests and presented the Annual Report \u2018Memorabilia\u2019. She thanked everyone for their contribution in the journey of RPS. The prize distribution ceremony \u2018Accolades\u2019 acknowledged the outstanding performers in the fields of Scholastic, Co-scholastic and Sports.<\/p>\n The ebullient dancers of the school presented thematic \u2018Dashantar\u2019, the Ballet, that truly depicted the consequences of the advent of technology in our social fabric. Mellifluous musical presentation \u2018Rang Raaga\u2019 was replete with medley of songs. The junior performance \u2018The Wonder Years \u2013 A Musical\u2019 beautifully portrayed the power of self-belief and strength to dream. The programme came to a final crescendo with \u2018Dil Bole Hadippa\u2019, the fervent folk dances of Haryana and Punjab in all its resplendence captured the hearts.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Chief Guest, in his address urged students to discover their talent and potential to the best of their ability. He congratulated the prize winners and the School Management for creating a school with the true essence of education.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mrs. Nisha Khurana and Mr. Gulshan Bajaj were felicitated for 25 years of their services to the institution in the Vote of thanks rendered by the Chairman School Managing Committee, PDG Rtn. Dr. Sushil Khurana. The function was a grand success and was cherished by one and all.<\/p>\n
