Scope of the Course:<\/strong><\/p>\n The conventional linear editing in Film and Television is a time consuming and expensive process. The alternative, Digital Editing, which practised world wide is comparatively a very fast technique. On completion of the course, the participant can develop various edited versions of a film or video programme and select the best one. The digital system is quite simple. An editor can effectively use the art and aesthetics of editing by understanding the digital set-up, its operation and procedures. Brief Sketch of Course Director :<\/strong><\/p>\n Shri Neeraj Voralia is an alumnus of FTII from the 1996 Film Editing batch. He regularly conducts editing workshops and master classes for the students. He has a special space in the hearts of his students owing to his jovial and friendly way of imparting knowledge. Students definitely enjoy his teaching techniques and his guidance not only on the subject of Indian Panaroma but World Cinema as well. He has edited several films like Vihir, Shwaas, Aurangzeb etc.<\/p>\n Objective of the Course :<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. To understand the basic concept, and techniques of Digital Editing.<\/p>\n 2. To learn operations of Digital Video Editing set-up.<\/p>\n 3. To be able to edit Film\/TV programmes.<\/p>\n Course Dates : (13.05.2019 to 04.06.2019) (Batch I) Minimum Eligibility : 12th (H.S.C.)<\/strong> No. of Participants : 10<\/strong><\/p>\n Last date of receiving 30.04.2019 (Batch I)<\/strong> Course Fee : Rs. 37,760 \/-<\/strong> (Inclusive of 18% GST) Application Form : To be downloaded from www.ftii.ac.in<\/p>\n Information for the candidates :<\/strong><\/p>\n The list of selected candidates for Batch No. 1 will be displayed on the website by 02.05.2019 and for Batch No. 2 will be displayed on the website by 23.05.2019. Selected Candidates should send the fees of Rs 37,760\/- (Rs Thirty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty only) by Demand Draft (Nationalized Bank) drawn in favour of \u201cAccounts Officer, FTII\u201d payable at Pune & confirm their course participation so as to reach latest by 08.05.2019 for Batch No1 and 31.05.2019 for Batch 2 on the following address :<\/p>\n To, <\/strong>
