New Delhi. The battle to postpone the NEET and JEE entrance exam in the country once again reached the Supreme Court. It is reported that all the Congress led state Governments of\u00a0 6 states of the country filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding review of the court’s 17th August order. It has been sought to postpond JEE examinations to be held from September 1 to September 6 and the NEET exam to be held in mid-September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is worth mentioning that there has been a ruckus in the country for the last 2 weeks on this matter.
Opposition parties are demanding to postpond both the exams for the next 2 to 3 months while Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal released his statement on Thursday and made it clear that the examination would be conducted and all kinds of preparations required for this had been done. He also assured all the candidates and parents that their arrangements for reaching the examination centers and back to their district were made by the State Governments.\u00a0 They have been asked to do this by the central govt. He said that all the arrangements related to health security at the examination centers will be completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
