New Delhi (4 August 2023) Class X Supplementary Exams 2023: According to New Education Policy 2020 CBSE has conducted the Supplementary Examination 2023 for Class X from 17th July 2023 to 22nd July 2023 across the nation and in 26 countries for giving another opportunity for the students to improve their performance.
The population o
f students included students who were placed in the compartment category the reason they were unable to secure qualifying marks in 02 subjects out of 05 mandatory subjects, students with six subjects who were declared passed by replacing the main subjects from the skill subject due to the reason that they were unable to secure qualifying marks in 01 main subject, students who offered 07 subjects and declared passed by replacing the language offered at 7th place due to the reason that they were unable to secure
qualifying marks in the main language, and students who were declared pass but wish to improve their performance in one or two subjects.
Earlier students were allowed to improve their performance only next year during the main examination but this year for class X special provision was given for the candidates who have failed two subjects (one main and one additional). The candidates who have passed in both or in the main subject have been declared passed. However, those who failed in the main subject have been placed in a compartment.
