New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Sunday released the answer key for the Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate (CUET-UG 2024). Students have time till July 9 to challenge the answer key. The NTA has also said that if any complaint about the exam is found to be correct, then the exam will be conducted again for CUET-UG candidates from July 15 to 19.
After publishing the answer key, now the result of the exam is likely to be announced soon. Sources in the National Testing Agency say that the result can be declared in the next one week.
The time for students to challenge the answer key released by the NTA has been fixed till July 9. Any candidate can challenge the answer by paying the prescribed fee. The NTA has informed that it will resolve the complaints related to the exam by 6 pm on July 9. This time the complaints made by the candidates will be verified by a panel of subject experts concerned.
It has been said that the results will be declared only on the basis of the revised final answer key. NTA is also resolving complaints regarding CUET-UG exam received till June 30. If the complaints are found to be correct, NTA will conduct the exam again for these candidates between July 15 and July 19 at the scheduled exam centers. This time 261 universities are involved in it. Candidates can challenge the answer key with a fee of Rs 200 per key.
