Self Defence & Digital India Were the Theme of Second Day

Financial Analyst Taught B2B & B2C Business Tools in Detail

GURUGRAM :   The Second Day  of the seven days National Service Scheme Residential Camp at Lions Public School, Sec-10A ,Gurugram was dedicated to the theme Self Defence and Digital India. The first session of Self defence was conducted by the Martial Art coach Dharmender Yadav. He taught several techniques to defend one self at the times of any misshaping and emergency. All the volunteers of  NSS took much interest in this self-reliance training and participated actively.

The resource person for Second session of the camp was a Financial and Economic Analyst Ms Garima Kaushik. Today’s topic of the discussion was Digital India – (E- India).  She briefed the volunteers in detail about the usefulness of New E-APPs like BHIM, Paytm, E-bay, E-Wallet and  Alibaba. They were keen to know the usefulness of these Apps asking many relevant questions .

In this session the other topics of Digital India conveyed were B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customer). Infact volunteers were not aware about this very economy specific business tools but shown their interest in learning for their future course of action. They knew the use of Bit coins in transactions especially in Share Market . The specialist interacted with the participants about the usefulness of  the search engines like Google, Hotmail,  Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and discussed it at length.

On the second day Lion A. K. Bahl, Vice Chairman, Trust was present and addressed the camp. He emphasized that  computer efficiency is the need of the the time . He opined that without this a person is illiterate for this world. If the student wants to compete with others in the global competition he will have to well equipped with this weapon.

Addressing the camp Sr. Principal Dr. Neelima Prakash  appreciated the knowledge shared  by the resource person and encouraged the students to follow the shown path.

Manager Mr Rajiv Kumar in his speech tried to motivate the volunteers towards their profile development. He made stress to be multifarious so that one can be useful for the speedly changing world.He said that  here students have only responsibility to study but after some years they will have to bear many burdens and will not find time to develop themselves . Hence the prime duty to groom yourselves for better life.

Vice Principal Ms Indu Kaushik motivated the students to make use of the new technology for the betterment of an individual and the nation both. With the help of some examples she pursued them to be a disciplined fellow.

The programme officer Ms Kiran Bala, Teachers Ms Suman Yadav, Ms Parveen Gehlot and Mr Laxman Sahrawat  were also present on this special occasion.
