NEW DELHI : CBSE has reopened the re-evaluation of answer books of the 2017 Board exams and issued the rule and regulation as well as it’s schedule.. This decision of CBSE came in the light of the order of Delhi high court on June 23rd.
Although the Board had scrapped the provision of re-evaluation from this year. This was challenged in the High court and the court ruled in the favour of the petitioners. The court also clarified that that the provision would not be confined to the petitioners only but  should be extended “to those students who have already applied for similar grievance.
CBSE  in its notification mentioned that this provision has been extended to 12 subjects — English core, English elective (CBSE), English elective (NCERT), Hindi core, Hindi elective, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, business studies, economics and accountancy.
