What is NLSTSE/NSTSE :
NLSTSE /NSTSE (National Level Science Talent Search Examination) is a diagnostic test which helps students improve their performance . Unlike regular tests which tries only to find out how much a child knows (or has memorized), NSTSE measures how well a student has understood concepts in Science and Mathematics, and gives detailed feedback on the same which helps students improve.
Students from India, Tanzania, UAE, KSA, Yeman, Oman, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, Indonesia and Nepal participate in Unified Council’s flagship offering National Level Science Talent Search Examination (NSTSE). City-wise topper is declared after the 100 ranks across the country and state toppers. City Rank (for every Class) is declared for classes having a minimum of 500 students in a particular city.
NSTSE ELIGIBILTY :
Students studying Classes
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
11(PCM) and 11(PCB)
12(PCM) and 12(PCB)
There is no exam for 11, 12 PCMB group.
NSTSE follows CBSE syllabus, Question Papers are also suitable for Students of ICSE/ISC and Various State Board/Matriculation Syllabi.

Individual Registration:
It accepts direct/individual applications for the NSTSE.
You can register for NSTSE at http://www.unifiedcouncil.com/options.aspx Online payment facility (Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card) is also available.
Registration through School:
Please send a single consolidated Demand Draft for the exam fee of all the students appearing for the NSTSE from your school.
D.D. should be drawn in favour of UNIFIED COUNCIL payable at HYDERABAD.
Frame the list of students in the FORMAT (preferably typed and send it to our address along with the D.D by Courier Service/Register post / Speed Post.

Prizes for National Achievers
- A) NSTSE Topper is awarded Rs. 2,00,000 cash prize*. The student who achieves the highest percentage of marks among all the classes is declared as NSTSE Topper.
- B) The top 3 rankers of each class are awarded a Laptop + a Memento + a Medal, each.
- C) Ranks 4 to 10 and 11 to 40 of each class, are each awarded a cash prize of Rs. 3000 and Rs. 1000 respectively each.
- D) Rankers 41 to 100 of each class are each awarded BMA’s Talent & Olympiad Exams Resource Book from M/s. Brain Mapping Academy, each.
All the Rankers (1 to 100) are each awarded a Britannica Kids Online Subscription worth Rs. 2500, a Medal and a Certificate of Appreciation.
Participation certificates are offered to all students who appear for the examination.

Top 3 rankers from each State (minimum of 10,000 students in a particular State) are awarded with a special award for encouragement. He/she is awarded with a a Britannica Kids Online Subscription worth Rs. 2500 and a Certificate of Appreciation.

NSTSE Topper : A student of any class who achieves 100% marks is awarded a prize money of Rs. 2 Lakh. If no student achieves the same, then the student who achieves the highest percentage of marks among all the classes, is awarded Rs. 1 Lakh. If more than one student achieve the same, the prize money will be distributed equally among them. Each topper will get either this prize or the regular prize.
