On this auspicious occasion, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), is launching the Amrit Mahotsav App Innovation Challenge 2021. The challenge seeks to identify the best Indian Apps , which have the potential to scale and become world class Apps in their respective categories.

Schools can register themselves and nominate their students. Individual candidates cannot apply directly for this . The winning participants will be given cash prize. ESSC and IG Drones will Jointly Train Youth in the field of Drones
The Electronics Sector Skill Council of India (ESSCI), working under the Union Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, will now provide skill training to the youth in drone technology. For this, ESSC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IG Drones, a leading drone company in the country. According to ESSC, with the development of drone technology in the country, it has now become a billion-dollar industry.
